Overview
LECS® Mobile is the communication mechanism between LECS® and the user. LECS® Mobile leverages the user's experience with Smart Phones and provides a simple, at-a-glance view into the state of all building systems. The user can review the state of all HVAC, Boiler, Lighting and Locking Systems throughout their facility. The free application is available in the Google Play Store and the Apple Store.
Direct Local Control
The User is provided with a single application view to see their entire facility. Boilers, HVACs, Apartments, Lights, Locks, Pumps, Irrigation, ... are presented in a single summary view. The User has direct control over each piece of equipment. The user selects Lock or Unlock, Turn On or Turn Off for each piece of equipment. The application provides immediate feedback that the piece of equipment has responded.
Immediate Alarm Notification
The User is immediately presented with any alarms for the LECS® system. Issues with all systems are presented on a scrolling message display at the top of the screen. The user can select the Alarms area and see a history of all alarms for the LECS® system over the past several weeks.
User Roles
The LECS® Facility or portfolio owner is allowed to specify user roles for LECS® Mobile. The Owner can designate users as view only users, maintenance staff or managers. Each role defines the scope of what can be changed and what information is presented. For example users can only make temperature changes and are not allowed to .make permanent schedule changes. Their temperature changes are confined to a fixed maximum as defined by the facility or portfolio owner.

Local or Remote
One of LECS® Mobile's most innovative features is its ability to provide local and remote support for your entire enterprise of buildings. LECS® Mobile and Solution Cloud is designed to allow the user to access any of their facilities from the single application. The user selects to either connect to any of the local LECS® devices or to connect to any other facility available in their Solution Cloud.
The user is presented with their Portfolio of facilities and then selects a LECS® of interest. The user sees the exact same display as the local LECS® with updates coming every couple of minutes. The User can change set points, control heating/cooling schedule, control equipment schedules remotely. The Solution Cloud manages communicating the requested changes to remote LECS® system.
The Architecture for a series of LECS® Retail Facilities communicating with Solution Cloud is seen in the Diagram to the right.. The individual LECS® communicate periodically or when an alarm occurs to the Solution Cloud. Any LECS® Mobile application can access the cloud data at the appropriate user role. Cloud level analytics produce addition alarms and provide weekly and monthly reports to the facility managers.

The LECS® Energy Team is dedicated to providing all LECS® Technologies, Training and support in languages for the local region. the LECS® Energy team was created in Miami, a region where both English and Spanish are used interchangeably. The development team can quickly add new language support to the application and currently supports English and Spanish.
